Mental Health
Focus:
-
Understanding what mental health is
-
Learning how to cope with mental health
-
Learning how to embrace your mental health
-
Learning how to use the word of God to find clarity and reassurance

Main Goal within this ministry:
Reaching out to youth about the importance of mental health. Teaching youth that the Church/Body of Christ is a safe and secure place. Exposing our youth to different resources and tools where they can receive help. Teaching youth how to find clarity, comfort and reassurance in the word of God.
“Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.” - Matthew 11:28-29
Youth Empowerment
Focus:
-
Helping youth to find themselves
-
Giving youth the opportunity to have 1 on 1 quality time with themselves and others
-
Giving youth the opportunity to try new things, to find out who they are individually as a person
Main goal within this ministry:
Our main goal within this ministry is to help our youth find themselves. To try new things. To teach our youth self love and value. Encouraging our youth that even when the world doesn’t accept them, that they are always accepted in the Body of Christ. Giving youth the time to interact with one another. See what things they have interest in and what things they would like to try that they may have never done before.
“So God created mankind in His own image, in the image of God He created them; male and female He created them”. - Genesis 1:27
Community Outreach
Focus:
-
Teaching youth how to be aware of the world around them
-
Teaching them when it’s right to step out and help
-
Pushing them to make a change and fight for a change
Main focus within this ministry:
Our main focus is to give our youth the opportunity to step out into the community and lend a helping hand. Giving youth the ability to go out and see first hand some of the things that go on in our communities. Allowing youth to go out and be the stepping stone working towards a change. Equipping our youth with a tool box that will get them through this journey called life.
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world”. - Matthew 28:19-20
Youth Involvement In The Body Of Christ
Focus:
-
Teaching youth that we have a voice within the Body of Christ
-
Teaching youth that God didn’t put an age limit on those who can spread his gospel
-
Teaching youth how to get involved in the church
Main focus within the ministry:
Teaching youth that we have a voice in the body of Christ. Teaching youth that there is a work for us to do within the kingdom of God. Pushing youth to want to speak out and spread, preach and even teach the gospel of Jesus Christ. To not be ashamed to take the gospel and go out and tell a dying world that our God still lives and that He is coming back.
“He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation”. - Mark 16:15
